The family readiness organizer
Kintrak is the calm before the scramble. It answers a simple question: if you were not there to explain everything, would the people you love know where to look for that information?
A one-time purchase. Personalized with your family’s name and ready to download right away.
What it is and what it isn’t
Most organizers like this one are built around death and paperwork. Kintrak is built around peace of mind, so that if the unexpected happens, the people you love can find what matters.
You fill it in while everything is still easy to talk about. It puts it all on paper now, so no one has to piece it together later.
A look inside
What it covers
The first calls and the first hours, ready before anyone needs them.
Family, friends and neighbours, and the professionals who are involved.
Where things are, who services what, and the details only you know.
The care team, the medications, allergies, and where the paperwork lives.
Where the important papers are, and who holds copies of them.
A record of where things are, with no balances and no passwords.
The routines and the helpers that keep an ordinary day running.
The things that make daily life feel like yours, written down while it is easy to talk about.
It works whether you own your home or rent, and whether you live on your own or in a residence. Every family fills in what fits and leaves the rest. It is a useful resource to prepare for someone at any stage of life.
How it works
Your family’s name is printed on the cover as you order.
It arrives as a fillable, printable PDF.
Type into it on your computer, or print it and fill it in by hand, on your own or as a family, at your own pace.
When something changes, such as a new pharmacy or a new neighbour with a key, or anything at all, you change the page.
Some pages only they can fill in
Most of Kintrak is practical, the kind of thing anyone close to the household can fill in together. A few pages are different. The What Matters To You pages and the page titled In My Own Words belong to the person the organizer is about, so their own voice becomes part of the record.
And the questions families mean to ask, the ones that never seem to find the right moment, are set down gently here, with room to keep whatever the conversations surface.
Questions, answered
Either way. Every purchase comes with a version you can type into on a computer and a version you can print and fill in by hand, plus a short guide to printing a clean copy.

No. Kintrak is an organizing resource for your family’s own information. It is not legal, financial, or medical or health advice, and it does not replace the lawyers, advisors, and health professionals who help with those things.
